Oakpark Security has an established leadership team who balance a wealth of industry experience with innovative thinking around customer service and new technologies that add value to our business.
Adam began his career in the security industry in 2008 as a Security Officer. Over the years, he progressed through a series of promotions, gaining extensive experience in both Manned Guarding and Mobile Services. In early 2025, Adam joined Oakpark Security Systems Ltd as Lead Operations Manager, bringing with him a wealth of operational knowledge and frontline leadership experience. In this role, he oversaw multi-site service delivery, strengthened client relationships, and drove operational enhancements aligned with BSI/ACS standards and SIA regulatory requirements. In February 2026, Adam was appointed Head of Oakpark Security Systems Ltd, where he continues to guide Oakpark Security Systems Ltd through the evolving landscape of the UK security sector. His focus remains on service excellence, organisational resilience, and adopting innovative approaches to meet emerging industry demands. Adam is recognised for his clear communication, decisive leadership, and results driven management style. His commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement has established him as a trusted and respected leader within the UK security industry.
Reece joined Oakpark Security Systems Ltd in June 2024 as an Operations Controller, working on the front line to support day to day operational delivery across both Manned Guarding and Mobile Services. His strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to handle complex operational demands quickly set him apart. Reece’s leadership potential was recognised early, leading to his promotion to Operations Controller Supervisor. In this role, he played a key part in shaping the operational framework that Oakpark Security Systems Ltd’s current service delivery model, contributing to enhanced efficiency, communication, and service consistency. In March 2026, Reece was promoted to Operations Manager – Mobile Services, where he now oversees and manages multiple Mobile Services delivery offices as well as the Oakpark Operations Hub. His focus on performance, service reliability, and continuous improvement ensures that Oakpark Security Systems Ltd’s Mobile Services remain responsive, compliant, and aligned with client expectations. Reece is valued for his initiative, calm operational leadership, and his commitment to maintaining high standards across a fast paced and evolving service environment.
Ed joined the company in 2014 to help drive the company's move towards specialist business resilience solutions. With a strong focus on innovation and technology, Ed is responsible for our Resilience Consultancy business stream, offering risk management advice to our customers through the use of our custom Security Audit and Security Risk Survey tools. His other main responsibility is the design of security solutions and their presentation in tender/proposal documentation.
